  • All RICS members and regulated firms have an obligation to act within the rules and regulations of the RICS.  Under RICS Regulations we are required to store data for six years

  • In the case of financial information, six years after the expiry of a contract with you for the provision of services, in order to comply with HMRC regulations

  • Health and Safety data will also be retained for six years

  • Dobson Grey Limited will retain any data in accordance with Qualsafe retention periods currently three years

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.
